This message is a continuation from 2012"A Year of Discovery"Word. The general theme of last year's prophetic summary was Divine Government. In this final year, God began to establish this divine government (dominion) in the hearts of His people. His people are those whose desire is to live in the fullness of his kingdom.

The establishment of God's government will be progressive, and with each advance there will be a change in the spiritual realm. The greatest change this year will bring forth the "Divine Order." This will be a great work of the Holy Spirit in 2013. If order is not established, government will not function properly.

The trumpet:“The foundation of My government was established in the hearts of My people. Now My House is being built and My Kingdom established. The Divine Order will be the present work of My Spirit this year in the Life of My People, because disorder will rule the world and its systems, do everything to establish yourself in My Order, you can do it by staying in touch with Me and allow My Spirit to guide you connected day after day!"

The spiritual progression of divine government is set forth in the Word of God, and the pattern is found in the book of Joshua. After 40 years in the wilderness in rebellion against God's government, Israel fulfilled God's promise.

Joshua 1:1-3 After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord came to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' helper, and said, Moses my servant is dead; So arise now and cross this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land that I will give to the children of Israel. I have given you every place where the soles of your feet will step, just as I told Moses.

His journey began by crossing the Jordan, which represents the anointing (Joshua 3). They were anointed for the journey. Twelve stones were laid in the Jordan as a sign of God's commandment, and also twelve stones were taken from the river and laid in Gilgal (Joshua 4). Gilgal means "rolling stone". It represents the place of the covenant promise. The twelve stones represent the foundation of God's government laid upon our hearts (Exodus 28:15-20). Gilgal is also the place where the past charge was removed.

Joshua 5:9 Then the LORD said to Joshua, Today I have taken away the reproach of Egypt from you. That is why this place is called Gilgal to this day.

God's order established by anointing, covenant promise, and freedom from the past pattern prepares us for victory. The first battle to conquer Israel took place at Jericho.

Joshua 6:1-4 Now Jericho was shut up tight because of the children of Israel; nobody went in or out. And the LORD said to Joshua, Behold, I have given Jericho, its king, and its mighty men into your hand. You will surround the city, all men of war; "One day you should go around the city. You shall do this for six days. And seven priests shall carry seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark. But on the seventh day you shall go around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets."

Twelve is the number of divine government and thirteen is the number of divine command (obedience) leading to victory. Israel marched around Jericho once for six days and then seven times on the seventh day. Six and seven are thirteen - the number of victory that is the result of obedience to God's government and His instructions.

The apostle Paul was not in the upper room with the twelve, but on the way to Damascus he became the thirteenth apostle. On the way to Damascus, Paul was brought into divine rule and order.

The anointing that Paul walked in I call the anointing of victory. Listen to Paul's testimony:

2 Timothy 3:11 ...Persecutions, afflictions that have come upon me in Antioch, in Iconium, in Lystra, how many persecutions have I endured! And the Lord delivered me from all of them.

2 Timothy 4:17 But the Lord was with me and strengthened me so that the message could be fully preached through me and all the Gentiles could hear. And I was delivered from the lion's mouth.

Marsha Burns spoke prophetically of this anointing of victory coming upon God's people this year:

Little Straws – November 30, 2012:“I am releasing an extraordinary wave of grace that will be with you for the next few weeks. For I will certainly empower you to do whatever is necessary to fulfill what is asked of you. This is a time to lean on Me for strength and wisdom. Remember, I am your help in times of need, so you must not rely on your own understanding, but rise to the supernatural realm of spirit for knowledge and spiritual support.”says the Lord.

2 Corinthians 12:9 And he told me, "My grace is enough for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness." All the more gladly will I boast in my weakness, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Grace is empowerment, and the anointing enables us to walk in victory.

• Unexpected blessings will come.
• Unexpected visits from angelic beings are produced.
• There will be unexpected manifestations of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
• Unexpected signs and wonders will happen.
• Unexpected opportunities will present themselves.

It's a year when we can't keep God in our proverbial box. Instead, in 2013 we should expect the unexpected.
